Physical Reality Exercise Physiologists and contractors are trained in the WorkHab system. The WorkHab Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) is a specific evaluation tool that enables the evaluator to measure and determine the functional abilities of an individual. The evaluation provides both qualitative and quantitative measurements of an individual’s ability to function in any work or home environment. It can be used for pre employment testing and can be performed practically anywhere.
The evaluation also allows us to establish and monitor rehabilitation goals, determine objective and safe physical demand capabilities, but most of all its success has been in the ability to provide the assessor with a high level of confidence. Assessor confidence provides the basis for better decision-making skills and will enhance professional expertise for formal recommendations.
